Borg is open-source software distributed under the terms of its license as specified in the GitHub repository. Your use of the software is subject to the terms of that license.
Use of the Software
Borg is a tool that orchestrates third-party AI coding agents in isolated git worktrees. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to use any third-party AI agents you run through Borg.
- Reviewing and accepting the terms of service of each third-party agent.
- The code and changes generated by AI agents in your projects.
No Warranty
Borg is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers of Borg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your codebase.
Third-Party Services
Borg integrates with third-party AI coding agents. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these services. Your use of third-party agents is governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Borg after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
